In light of its ambitious multi-year growth strategy, the company invests continuously in modern production technologies and a fully integrated supply chain to support its expansion. As the business evolves and scales, we are looking for an HR Manager who can bring further structure and professionalization to the people function, combining a strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach.
The Team as part of the local Leadership Team, you are the go-to person for all HR topics in Italy. You work closely with the General Manager, the local management team, and Group CHRO to ensure organizational alignment between local objectives and the overall Group strategy. At the same time, you guide a small HR team (4 people) while driving organizational excellence and ensuring smooth operations across all Italian sites.
La figura ricercata
Lead People & Organization transformation to support growth and performance
- You define and execute a clear HR strategy & roadmap, translating business priorities into impactful people initiatives that support growth and transformation of local operations
- Design and implement consistent and scalable HR policies & processes, tools and best practices, in line with Group strategy, to increase organizational effectiveness
- Shape and continuously optimize the organization to fit business requirements
- Lead by example ensuring HR runs smoothly and delivers high-quality across HR operations, policies and services
- Guide the local HR team and champion a positive work environment where people feel engaged, accountable and part of one team
- Foster a culture of continuous development at all levels: coach and support managers in refining their leadership skills and motivating their teams
- Responsible for social dialogue and negotiations alongside Plant Managers; you provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
- Monitor HR performance by providing the Management Team with clear, data-driven KPIs and insights to support informed decision-making
- You report directly to the General Manager, with a dotted line to the Group CHRO.
Profilo
Charismatic & driven People Leader with an international mindset
Job requirements
- Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience in an industrial, food or FMCG environment
- Experience in international matrix organizations and in navigating cultural differences.
- Pragmatic knowledge of Italian labour law and social legislation
- Fluent in Italian and English
