Following a year of strong revenue growth in Europe and with major growth opportunities on the horizon, the company is looking to strengthen the team with a Sales and Partnership Manager Europe, to further accelerate their presence across the region.Job description
Lead market expansion, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales across Europe.
- Develop and implement the European go-to-market and revenue growth strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Global Sales.
- You take ownership of regional revenue targets, combining direct sales with strategic channel partnerships to drive consistent growth. You manage your own pipeline initially in South Tyrol and in the DACH countries while also guiding team performance across the region – from prospecting, to forecasting, to closing.
- You focus on high-value strategic deals, building strong relationships with top growers, packers, and agribusinesses across the region.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners—including grading technology firms, packhouse suppliers, distributors and agronomy service providers; Develop joint go-to-market strategies, incentive programs and achieve mutual revenue goals.
- Coach and support in-country sales managers (Italy, Poland, Turkey), ensuring strong alignment, consistent performance, and effective collaboration across all markets.
- Lead major commercial negotiations, delivering value for both your customers and your company.
- You maintain deep market insight, monitor trends, and represent the company at trade fairs, industry events and customer meetings throughout Europe.
- You collaborate closely with internal teams—Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success—to translate customer needs into impactful solutions and seamless service delivery.
- You report to the Head of Sales Global, based in the US. providing regular insights on progress, challenges, and opportunities across the European region
Profile
Strategic sales leader, both hunter and farmer; strong commercial drive and passion for innovation in agriculture.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of successful B2B international sales and partnership building experience.
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals and navigate long sales cycles.
- Background in Agriculture, AgTech, Post-Harvest solutions, or similar is strongly preferred.
- Experienced with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and modern sales methodologies.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with frequent international travel.
- Proficiency in German and Italian; Fluent in English; other European languages (French, Polish, Spanish) are a plus.
