As part of the expansion of its poultry expertise team, CCPA is recruiting a Poultry Nutrition Expert.
The Team
Reporting to the Head of the Poultry Service within the BU Feed, you will join a team of 5 nutrition experts, aiming to grow to 8 members. The team combines experienced and junior profiles, fostering a dynamic environment for knowledge sharing. Complementarity, teamwork, and mutual support are core values both within the team and across the group. Job description
As a Poultry Nutrition Expert, you will manage a client portfolio and play a key role in providing technical guidance to sales teams. Leveraging your nutrition expertise, you will deliver effective solutions aligned with on-the-ground realities and livestock challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients in France and internationally on poultry nutrition, while supporting their teams from a technical perspective.
- Function as a technical leader and actively contribute to business growth in close collaboration with the commercial team.
- Serve as the interface between field operations and internal departments (R&D, formulation, laboratory, sales, marketing).
- Monitor market trends and participate in research programs as well as the technical and commercial development of company products and services.
- Use your technical knowledge to drive market and business development.

Your Background
- Advanced degree in animal production: Agronomy/Agri-food Engineer or Veterinarian.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in animal nutrition, ideally in broiler and/or layer poultry.
- Fluent in English, mais vous maîtrisez également le français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
